Strategic Plans

State Economic Development Plans identify the state member’s categorical funding priorities for the fiscal year. State plans focus on regional economic growth, infrastructure improvements, and poverty reduction strategies. These initiatives address local challenges while promoting long-term sustainable development and aligning with the Commission’s objectives. States may elect to submit existing infrastructure plans as their annual plan.
